Hiring Marketing/Advertisement Manager

The title says it all.

I am looking for someone with experience who knows the Minecraft Survival Community to come on board the team and help grow our network.

More information can be provided regarding the server but it is a 1.20-1.20.4-based Server with unique features like Shops, Factories, Pets, Vehicles, Quests, etc

As I already mentioned, I am looking for someone with experience (Who might have contacts/know the ins and outs of growing a community) who is willing to come on board. I do have a fairly decent budget for advertising. To be considered, you must be comfortable advertising on social media platforms like TikTok, Youtube, Twitch, Insta, etc.

In regards to pay, I will base payments on performance so if you know you can bring people, this job is for you.

Hi, just FYI, you'll have a hard time finding someone with that type of payment idea, as it kinda potraits that you don't own a real budget, and marketing is always based on a budget, you get what you pay for not the other way around. If you chose the right marketer, you don't have to worry if you get people or not, if they stay, that is your job . Good Luck!
