Hi there! I am currently running a Valorant Discord Community. I am currently looking to hire 2 to 3 managers who are capable of doing a few things. There can be individual roles, or if you are looking to take on multiple responsibilities, that is also okay. Here is a bit of information regarding what I am looking for, what Angelic is, and some important components to understand your job and position.
BASE REQUIREMENTS
- Have played the game "Valorant" before.
- Based in the US region or at least active primarily during NA times.
- Previous knowledge in the department you're looking to manage.
- Willing to co-operate with other Discords, Teams, etc.
- Microphone, can also operate a screen recording software such as OBS.
- Aged 18+
CORE VALUES & INFORMATION
Angelic truly believes in a non-hateful environment. The goal is to allow players to grow and learn with actual gameplay experience. We offer Scrims, Tournaments, and community-driven events. We currently offer a modded Minecraft server and daily Scrims. We will soon expand into custom events such as "Swift Saturdays" and monthly seasonal tournaments. We have a few goals and ambitions to grow and expand our team.
COMMUNITY MANAGER
- Pay: $100-$300/month (Negotiable)
- Duties:
- Engage the community in events, such as "game nights" (Garctic Phone, Skribbl.io, etc.)
- Read all support tickets and ensure everything has been handled.
- Consume feedback and organize it, send it to the right departments (Design Suggestion -> Designers)
- Ensure all Event Hosts follow our own personal guidelines, admins enforce policies and handle them properly, and rewards are paid out properly.
- Host giveaways (paid by Angelic).
- Provide new and unique ideas to the team that we can use to keep server engagement high.
- Work with the Staff Manager regarding Staff Scheduling (primarily hosts)
- Experience:
- 1 Year in Discord/Game Community Management (MC, Fortnite, etc.)
- Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms experience.
- Fluent in English
- Bonus Points:
- Marketing Experience/Knowledge
- Extensive Knowledge in Valorant
- Pay: $50-$200/month (Negotiable)
- Duties:
- Work with the Community Manager regarding Staff Scheduling (primarily hosts)
- Create documents via Google Docs, Notion, ClickUp, etc. (Whatever you prefer) that are meant to guide staff (Staff Guide, Handbook etc.)
- Create sheets via Google Sheets, etc. (Whatever you prefer) that are meant to provide punishment examples & information (Punishment Guide)
- Review Applications, Host Interviews
- Promote, Demote Staff
- Train new Staff Members (or build a proper system related to it)
- Ensure activity from Staff Members
- Host Meetings
- Experience:
- 1 Year in Discord/Game Staff Management (MC, Fortnite, etc.)
- Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms experience.
- Staff/Employee Management
- Fluent in English
- Bonus Points:
- Extensive Knowledge in Valorant
- Pay: $100-$400/month (Negotiable)
- Duties:
- Work with the entire eSports division, ensuring team captains train and play Premier Games.
- Interview, Communicate, and Organize team meetings.
- Work with other teams to schedule Scrims, Tournaments, etc.
- Find coaching staff for all teams.
- Organize each team per rank and region.
- Create business relations with fellow Organizations, Websites, Products, etc.
- Ensure clips, videos, vods, etc. are being obtained for highlights & edits.
- Experience:
- 1 Year in eSports Management (Fortnite, Valorant, Call of Duty)
- Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Valorant.
- Fluent in English
