Think of this as more of a partner role, rather than a regular staff rank. Although the server is relatively small, I believe it still has a lot of potential. I am in need of a Manager, as due to myself developing the server single-handedly, it is quite difficult to do everything else too! I've listed a few details below about what I expect, what you should expect, and information about the server. About the server
- The server is Prison-based, using a non/semi-op style, with newer features integrated into it.
- We have many custom features, including Gangs, Tournaments (for the gangs), Guards (which you may remember from old-school-style prison servers), Lucky Blocks, PlayerMines, Shards (being added this week), Bosses (coming soon), Envoys (coming soon), Credits, Gems, Pets, Mystery Boxes, Events plugin, custom Drugs plugin, Quests, custom 'Rares' and much more.
- We are based on the latest version of Minecraft.
What you should expect from me/the server
- I'm not going to be available 24/7, however, I will always try to be somewhat available each day.
- As you're going to be somewhat a partner in the server, there won't be a set pay. I'll be giving you a very generous percentage of the servers profits each month (which can be discussed privately with anyone who wishes)

What I expect from you
- Joint management (with me) of my entire server, including the Discord, staff team and the in-game aspect. I'll be there to produce updates and push bug fixes and do not expect this of you.
- You to treat it as your own. If you don't like something, we can discuss, and change it.
- I'm more than aware that you may not be able to be on every single day, which is perfectly fine, as neither will I, and it would be unfair to expect that from you. I do, however, expect you to be active at a reasonable level. I am not going to specify this, as we all have lives, which are more important than this game.
- I also expect you to keep this role for a substantial amount of time; Please do not apply if you are also going to have limited access due to university, or other means (as this would make it pointless). Obviously, we never know what the future holds, so I understand that circumstances may appear which mean you cannot continue on the server. We're all human.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS (Specifics)
⬤ - Monthly winnings, such as votetop and their prizes
⬤ - Hosting Tournaments (and ending / giving their prizes)
⬤ - Hosting Events if other senior staff are not online
⬤ - Managing staff team, applications, promotions, demotions
⬤ - Managing giveaways
⬤ - Managing reports
⬤ - Assisting with managing suggestions
⬤ - Assisting with managing support
⬤ - Assisting with managing advertising
⬤ - Assisting with building the community
⬤ - General staff duties on server and discord
⬤ - General interaction with players
⬤ = Full Responsibility (however, I may also do this time-to-time)
⬤ = Part Responsibility (shared with myself)
⬤ = Things which a manager may naturally have to do (not limited to this list)
