I love helping people. I feel like helping people is a must in starting any business. I want to see this server go huge and be able to say "Hey, I was one of the first players to be staff on this server" one day.

I used to have my own server
Being an owner of a server comes with a lot of stress and can be very frustrating at times. However being able to cope with this and concentrate was a huge factor in being an owner, So I relied on my staff team to have my back when a problem was presented. Needless to say they did most of the time. But in do time some of the lazy staff members decided to not show up and start to not have my back as much, This is where I learned that consistency was one of the biggest factors in my staff team. And it was hard to find someone who was willing to be consistent.
Consistency is key in being a leader and that's one of the many experiences I have had.
Why do you think we should accept you as a staff member?(Explain what exactly you're able to bring to the server that will help.)
If accepted as a Helper, I will follow all rules that have been established for all server staff. As a Helper, I understand that I will be expected show activity on the server and to fulfill my duty in helping and informing any and all players in any server related issues or concerns.

I have never staffed on any Minecraft servers in the last 5 years. However, I have been a moderator for some Garry's mod servers a year ago and have worked as a sales rep and a graphic artist in the Minecraft subculture.

Before I start this Application I want to let you know that this account is new because my old one was deleted for being inactive for about 3 years. So, I made an account. I hope this doesn't get me instantly Denied.

How long will you be playing for?: I am more of a third shift player as my job has me work from 12pm-10pm, or sometimes later. However, I can play more on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday because I am off those days. I usually play till around 4am or so.

What could you be most helpful in?: I usually Like to do multiple things. I'm weird in the fact that, the more that I do, the better I do it. I enjoy configuring plugins, I can't write my own yet sadly though. I like to build, I'm not the greatest but I can follow an Idea, of come up with good Ideas that can be made better. I'm always watching chat whether I'm playing or not, I also have a second monitor for looking at the website time.
Why do you want to be part of our staff?: My Days are long and boring on my days off and my insomnia doesn't let me sleep when I get home from work so I'd like a productive way to use my time rather than sitting around the house eating food.
Have you ever been staff on a server before?: A Lot of the servers I have been staff on have been one month miracles that people had hoped would happen. I even tried owning a couple myself and got a small player-base. However, I mainly was just able to teach myself different plugins and some of those staff used hacks to so I was able to see what they looked like in action, from X-Ray to Kill Aura and more. Outside of Minecraft I was a manager at a restaurant in my town for just over six months out of the year and a half I worked there. I ended up leaving because they refused to pay me more for the position.
Why do you think we should accept you as a staff member?: I usually get along with people, I'm not going to go out and say that I'm kind, helpful, and the best person ever. I am a human with a fuse, I just try my best to make that fuse as long as possible and try my best to be a responsible individual.
