Removed me for the reason that I couldn’t fulfill their expectations. I requested them to talk in detail but obviously they weren’t able to since I guess they wanted to destroy my contract and never had the intention to pay me ( they confirmed earlier ). The General Manager claims that I was saying bad things about him but actually he couldn’t provide proof at all. All in all, this management team is very unprofessional, immature and not organised. Especially the general manager wishes to be involved one everything and kept asking other staff members to follow his instructions, which is very rude, bossy and annoying. If Philip you’re here, feel free to talk over here
First of all; the fact that you are bringing this in MCM is very unprofessional, also all of your claims are false. We were planning on paying you, but as you were demoted three days later, it was not appropriate. I also stay out of staff management and leave it to the staff management team as much as possible.
You also have numerous spelling and grammar mistakes, proving my point even farther.

The owner didn’t put any effort into it and was frustrated for not earning money. There are some other servers out there with the same in-game set up with this I believe ( a player told me ) and the owner tried to sell it for $10 back. Please ask yourself before applying: Does this server have potential?
Responding to your note: All of that information is false, please stop falsifying information. And the owner offering to sell it was a joke, I hope you have enough of a sense of humor to realize that...

Reply: "spelling mistakes?" not "spelling mistakes"?
Main: Didn't put a period at the end
Spelled "organized" wrong

I didn’t falsify the information. You are the one falsifying it, you never give proof and be specific for what I’ve done before demoting me. Also if the owner was joking, why would the Co owner say: don’t sell it, we can’t give up right now. Give it a month[DOUBLEPOST=1531182590][/DOUBLEPOST]Now If you think you are right, provide proof and be more specific in the reasons for my demotion
For your first point: You know what you did wrong, stop pretending you don't.
Second point: They were talking about a service team... keep things in context.

You also had more grammar mistakes.

1. You didn't put periods in two places.
2. It's co-owner, not co owner.
3. You put quotes not a colon.

While I cannot speak about this network as a whole as I was never staff, I have heard from numerous people (both former staff and community members) about negative experiences. Some of the things I have heard include being assigned a role and having nothing to do, not getting paid for several hours of work put in, long delays in response times when having difficulty navigating the server or other general questions, etc. Again, I want to be clear that I myself did not experience these things and for the short time I was on the discord things seemed alright. I just wanted to put this out there so other people were aware and could make the decision for themselves.

Thank you for your input. I can assure you that all work was paid for. The only hard working staff member that is not paid is one of our developers who refuses payment. We also have an excellent support team who is working hard around the clock so this shouldn't be an issue. I'm not sure what you mean about your first point, it would be great if you elaborated.

I didn’t block you ( if you know what is the meaning of block ) I just left the server so you couldn’t contact me. Simply send me a friend request then it’s fine
We were friends on discord, so you either blocked me or removed me.
