A dedicated server is usually a bare-metal machine that is dedicated to you - just like a usual computer running 24x7 that is fully available to you, whereas shared hosting is usually the usage of large machines that have several customers on it, meaning that resources are shared across different services, instead of them being dedicated to you.
Furthermore, with a dedicated machine, you can not only host game-servers on it, but also have the full control of the machine. For shared hosting, the provider takes care of required updates and maintenance.

You (Anjay Host) have copied DeluxeNode website straight on. Who knows if you even bought the theme.
At one point you even used DeluxeNode's CSS in your site straight by linking it directly.
The only change seems to be the background colour.
