Hosting Company Account Manager Position Open

Hello,
Dot-Tech LLC is a hosting and hardware sales provider which has been open since 2014. We are currently looking to fill an Account Manager position at our brand Fallout-Hosting.

Responsibilities:
• Obtain new client accounts
• Oversee and maintain current client accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is being upheld.

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Be able to adapt to a quickly changing industry and provide solutions to meet client needs.
• Be able to meet set goals in the time specified.
• Be able to conduct meetings with clients.
• Advanced knowledge of Minecraft plugins and servers.
• Great communication skills and work ethic.

Desired attributes (not required):
• Previous experience in the gaming industry.
• Previous experience managing client accounts.
• Knowledge with Linux based operating systems.
• Experience using WHMCS.
