Dear Mc-Market:

At this time I am seeking a hosting provider for a large project I am working on. I hope to find a reliable and quality host that is established in the industry and is capable of hosting a variety of computationally demanding applications. I am also looking for a service that can give multiple applications optimal scalability and performance. My project requires great flexibility and I hope to find a capable hosting provider that can exceed my projects requirements.

In this section, I will give a basic foundation of the projects internal workings (financially & development-wise). Personal expenditure, investments, and sponsorship/multimedia-advertising opportunities will fulfill our projects fiscal requirements. Application scalability and development demands are fulfilled by system administrators and software engineers to make sure our application will run with minimal overhead and great performance in self-contained instances with strict resource quotas.

I and a business colleague have discussed the projects needs and we have laid out a basic foundation for the requirements of our project. The project requirements are listed below for reference purposes.

  • Easily deployable virtual instances with workstation performance (KVM virtualization)
  • High RAM instances that allow execution of many processes concurrently
  • Premium reliability and a 99.9% uptime guarantee enforced by a binding SLA
  • High processing power for processor intensive tasks such as complex mathematical equations and constantly updating physics calculations
  • High upload and download speeds with minimal outages and connectivity issues
  • Flexible service options (easily add IP addresses, upgrade servers, etc.)
  • SSD storage with regular snapshots and backups available

I would suggest Digital Ocean, I use them for basically all of my projects these days, They are very high quality.
