1. How does that work? Just because they are NL servers doesn’t mean you can receive a DMCA Takedown Notice if you are based in compliant countries. (US, UK, etc.)
They’re “your” work, not the servers work. If you don’t understand how DMCA works, you shouldn’t be creating DMCA-related services.
2. Whoever created your account, it should be a business account. Your not conducting personal business, get one. Not saying you need to, it’s just a suggestion.
