Hello MCM Community!
I'm Devon, and for the past few weeks, I've considered becoming staff on a few servers but, Never got picked due to my lack of experience.
I'm hoping, I could find a decently small community, Where I can begin my adventure of being staff.

How long have you been playing Minecraft? - Since update, 1.7.
Would you treat your friends differently when enforcing the rules? - No, I would treat everyone with the same amount of authority, The rules are rules and they should be followed.
What experiences do you have with moderating a server or a game? -
Currently, None. But everyone starts at somewhere right?

How often do you lose your temper? (Frequently, Sometimes, Rarely, Never) -
I rarely ever lose my temper and if I do it's most likely that I've had a bad day, It’s wrong to release any anger on players that haven’t done anything wrong.
Do you know the common server rules? -
No Modded Clients.
Don't abuse permissions (Staff)
Keep swearing at a minimum
Be Respectful
There is much more.
Why should we pick you over other applicants?
I'm decently mature in chat, I rarely mess around unless it's just a fun time (This makes no since)
I know how to handle situations (Hacking, spamming etc..)
I easily get along with staff and players, Which is probably is one of the most important things due to the fact they would have respect for you.

What would you do in these situations
Timmy just died by Calvin in a PVP Battle
Timmy claims that he is using hacks.
I'd ask the player if he has any proof (footage, screenshots etc..)
If the player does not have the sufficient proof, and other players accuse of him hacking, I'd contact a higher grade level of staff about the problem.
A player on the server has access to OP and starts greifing the server. What do you do?
I'd automatically contact a administrator about this.
