How do I earn earn Reputation?

I understand that there is services you can do that will return you with rep. I am curious how this works and I need some tips for starting on MCMarket. I am open to all suggestions and ideas.

Well, first of all do not ask/beg people for rep or offer a service in exchange for rep as that is not allowed. Honestly, I would say don't focus on getting rep, just focus on being nice/helping other people and they will choose by themselves to give you rep. Also, if you are just starting and want to offer a service maybe offer some vouch copies where people can try out your service and then make a testimony for other potential customers to see verifying you are trust worthy.
If someone gives you positive rep, it is also nice to return the favor so I would say do that as well (But in the end it is up to you).
