How Do I get high playerbase on a server?

Was wondering how I can get a high player base. Could you help me as in upload youtube videos and a youtuber who can do this. Also like good gfx, etc etc etc! Thanks! Need tips!

I have checked out your network and I like it.
Plugins are well configured. and the builds are good.
You should add something unique. But it's good.

Oh and please use the same plugin hider that you use on your factions server on your hub server.

I can't give you ideas at the moment.
But yeah just think about something that noone has. a new gamemode or just small changes.
There are so much possibilities in minecraft.

Hire someone else to do your server setups instead of you and get xExecutorx Entity Builds or Ivain or HuracanFTW to get you some high quality builds instead of your quarts builds. Then hire YouTubers like me :3 and some High quality art

why would he hire someone with a low account of subs?
