and finally like everyone has said, just tell her you got feelings and that you want to be in a relationship with her and that if she doesn't want to then at least tell her to give it a try and not be public about it.
I was in the exact same situation, unfortunately when I told my crush, I got rejected and I watched her choose two others boys over me for 2 years, It sucked but now I am in the best relationship and I am grateful I got rejected.
