How do I upload my whole server to (McProHosting)?

Please, may I advise you heavily. DON'T use MCPH also known as MC Pro Hosting, their services are utter garbage and take advantage of new server owners or unexperienced owners such as yourself (Not trying to offend you, everyone starts somewhere). Please use another host such as Fallout-Hosting, Shockbyte, Nolag.Host, SafeSurf etc. They offer way cheaper prices and way better services for a fraction of what Mc Pro Hosting charges, your players and you yourself will thank you for switching. You will save so much money.

MCPH cost 1$/100Mb whilst the others cost around 0.20$/100Mb

I use Hosthorde, I personally like it. With hosthorde we use filezilla. Just look up how to get FTP file access with MCPH.
