How does one become a staff member

I have searched far and wide along the forums of MCMarket, from the most hidden forgotten threads to the grand expanse of the wiki, but my search appears to have been in vain. I ask of this community, how does one become a staff member? And not just "apply here" any tips and tricks you guys have that could be of benefit? It would be great for me, as it would be a tool I can abuse to take out my anguish and bend people to my will. I wish to use it to help the community, as I constantly see issues that I can't resolve or help to resolve on MCMarket as I don't have the power to.

Tips to becoming a staff :

#1 : Never ask or make posts about staff. (Mick has said)
#2 : Gain a reputation that fits the community to be trustworthy.
#3 : Help users throughout the community that need help.
#4 : Work hard.
#5 : If Mick and the staff team like you, and think you are bound/set to be a staff member, you get the position.

It will take a lot of time, but as a staff it takes patience.

Here's a tip. Don't do things on the forum with the goal of becoming staff. Somewhere down the road if you deserve it, you'll get it. 9 times out of 10 it'll be a surprise, so don't get too upset if you never get it.

Or, you can get it with a nice $1,000 deposit to Mick's PayPal. Work's 10 out of 10 times.
