How Much is a Build Like This Worth? |Factions|

Hey Guys, I'm relatively new to the mcMarket and was looking around to see the things this has to offer. So, currently my server is under construction and I'm definitely planning to create a somewhat large network of players. First impression is very important, it can distinguish whether to stay on a server, or whether to leave. For example, I dont know if this is just me, but when I join a new server and the spawn is a piece of crap, it sets off an alert to me that the gameplay is bad too. So obviously I'd factor in design and detail is a major key.

Heres some of the features I'd like to be included:
- 100 x 100 size (size is questionable considering other features)
- Shop able to Buy/Sell items (150 items)
- Seperate shop to set custom enchanted items, spawners, potions (100 Items)
- Places to put information
- Passive mob farm
- Sweet terrain outside of spawn for pvp
- Spot for crates
- Spot to see ranks, and donor perks
- Spot for enchanting, an
- Portal that sends players to wild
- Parkour area
- Somewhat castle design (that factions server look)
--+ All accessible from spawn (no warps needed)/(walking distance)
- Unique

I can tell its a difficult, yet do-able project. Soooooo! my final question, How much would something like this cost?!

^. It really depends on the visual quality and complexity. Something simple with just bare necessities would be $10, while $40 and upwards would require something epic and detailed.

Something you've to know is that comission builds a more expensive than pre-made builds. Comission builds can go higher than twice the amount of money you'd pay for it if someone offers it pre-made.

indeed. because its time-based, and will also be more precise to the wishes of the commissioner. a premade build will never be exactly as the buyer wants it.

In my opinion for a good high quality build:
(Keep in mind that nice pvp zone with some beautiful organics increases the price)

- The cheapest option would be non-exclusive build but there are not many people offering that kind of builds. Price 15-25
- If you can find a premade it would cost around 50-100 (but over the past few months i have seen maybe only few higher quality faction spawns here).
- Commission. This really depends on a builder. Less experienced builder could ask only for 40-80 but you might not be satisfied with quality.
The best option would be medium quality builders who are quite good at building and doesn't charge a fortune (but you must carefully select this builder(by portfolio/vouches))
...And then there are really good builders who are doing this mostly only for money. They will offer sketches, unique ideas and high quality but that will cost 200-300 for sure. Also price depends on shape of the build you need....do you want square copy/paste build (cheap/fast) or irregular shape multi story build...?
