How much will my pixelmon server be worth?

Hi so I recently opened a pixelmon server and I was just wondering how much would it cost if i choose to sell it.

Server Details:

How old is the server: The server is about 20 days old

Donations: In the 20 days the server has been open it's made 900$.

Playerbase: We have about a minimum of 10 players on at all times but it mostly stays around 15-18 players our peak was last week with 40 players and this weak our peak was 28 players.

How I've advertised: I haven't literally I've done no advertisement what so ever, All ive done is post it on the server lists.

Has it got anything custom: No custom plugins. The spawn and gyms are all custom. Graphics wise it doesn't have anything special the icon is something I personally made and the server banner is fairly simple as it has to be under 64kb as we don't have a premium account on pixelmonservers.
Extra Informations:
The server is a pixelmon 5.0.0 Server. We're running on a dedicated server with 15gb of ram.

I have the proof its just that im not selling it right as of now i just want to see a evaluation If i decide to sell it ill make another post with all the proof but as of now im not selling and i dont want my playerbase to see that this has been posted.

If you're getting $900 in donations and around a 40 playerbase it's worth $500+

So its a bad idea for me to sell if its only 500+ as i mean if i keep it up for another month then ill probably make that/

Oh, if you're making $500 you can sell it for a lot more. I presumed the server had been open a while and that's how you got all those donations. I'd say around $800+ if you're making that much.

Value of server = (one months donations) * 3

In this case $900 in 20 days which is $45 a day, times that by 30 and its $1350 a month.

$1350*3 = $4,050

Then there are other factors such as graphics, the website, custom plugins, if your website is Xenforo and well designed then that can put a good $100 on the price. Depending on how long you've got left on your license. Your builds might be worth $75 or something regardless of what you paid for them, again it depends on how much the buyer values them.

So basically your server is worth just over 4k, but don't get your hopes up because not many people want to buy expensive servers, they'd rather just build their own server up and use the money for advertisement.

Thank you very much, that was very helpful. Also as for it being expensive I probably won't sell it as much as 4k if I were to sell it id probably put a bin at 3.5k.

Completely agree with Mat. There's so many users that it seems just appraise to only get an extra post or another funny rating, like legit, barely anyone knows what they're talking about when it comes to Appraisals. Your server is just around 4K and maybe more depending on the buyer. Also it would be helpful to see the actual server and website so we can judge the quality and the features. Otherwise, the info you have just builds up to 4K, but it can definitely change dramatically if the server and website is seen. Also, it's the first month, so the donation stats may change a lot next month. Good luck with it, it's better for you to just keep it TBH and grow it even bigger.

I would love to be able to grow it but I'm unable to find a way to advertise it. I've been searching for a youtubers and advertising managers but unable to find one.
