  • The poll had extremely high numbers, was skewed in a number of ways, and was quite possibly rigged for all we know.
  • A poll of this nature should not involve the entire community, it should just involve those who participate in the selling of OG accounts. This is not the business of those who do not sell OG accounts and they should not be asked to participate in the decision making process of something they know nothing about.
  • Requiring every member of this website to show proof for their OG/semi-OG accounts they sell is nonsensical. This website should look to the United States, as well as every modern democratic nation for inspiration. There is a concept called, "innocent until proven guilty". With your policy, you are basically labeling every member of MC-Market a scammer until they provide proof. This is wrong.
  • You, and other members of staff, are changing things without trying easier solutions first. Why are there not stickied posts about avoiding scamming? Why are there not instructional guides all over the place and warnings, educating new members and veteran members alike about the dangers of scamming, how to spot scammers, and more? This seems like the simplest method of preventing and eliminating scamming on this website, but before doing this you are directly jumping to acting like the Gestapo and going around and locking people's threads unless they provide their identification.
  • You will never, ever, completely eliminate scamming and stating the establishment of a "Scam-Free Zone" as your goal is totally nonsensical.
  • All proof can be easily faked. It is even easier for Monty & I to go and fake all of the proof on our accounts than it is for us to provide actual proof, as it's faster to just inspect element on every page rather than actually logging in to each individual account. What is the point of any proof that is just a picture? It can be faked. The only proof worth anything is actually logging on to a server for the buyer to see. And that seems extremely hard for you two "Compliance Officers" to enforce. So what, exactly, is the point of any of this, and what guarantee do you have that any of this will actually help to stop scamming?
