lol, port 80 must be open or you won't have internet.
"Port 80 is the port number assigned to commonly used internet communication protocol, Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). It is the port from which a computer sends and receives Web client-based communication and messages from a Web server and is used to send and receive HTML pages or data."

You're 100% incorrect.
Yep, You seem correct What i've said is wrong haha, What they had done is block every port other than port 21 and port 80 (Out of the commonly used ones)

Yeah that's pretty standard by almost all routers. I would actually suggest closing port 21, but you can't really avoid being DDoS'd once your IP is exposed without changing our IP or a VPN

Yep Sorry about that haha, closing Port 21 Stops any FTP Connections from working though. (If you're running any servers)

Very unlikely anyone is running a home server, let alone one with FTP connections.

If you know what you're doing (And its home internet) Close all open ports, They'll have no open port to send anything to you at.

Err that's not how the internet works. Your IP is still publicly rotatable and thus you have to deal with any inbound packets regardless of the port's open/closed state. Any decently sized flood with saturate your port with ease.

Proof (sending junk traffic to an arbitrary port, 11051):

Kindly and politely request the attacker to withdraw his attack on your IP address.

Any suggestions? I need help :/
Don't play HCF, call your internet provider and tell them you're switching if they don't change your IP or get better DDoS protection Kappa
