How to fix weird  or smiley faces with some plugins!

This usually only happens when local hosting and the fix is to add "-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8" in your start.bat file here is a preview on how it should look "http://prntscr.com/fe8eu1" If the errors are still there its most likely caused by the symbol being in the config file so all you would need to do is locate the file and delete the character that's causing it most likely it will be Â, Hope this helps everyone!

Well if you use notepad+ you just change the encoding

It does, you just need to go to your config and delete the weird A letter, as it stays behind, I know its a pain.[DOUBLEPOST=1497443316][/DOUBLEPOST]

i've done that many times, still wont work, so i'm using the fix I said as it does work, Its just the way local host reads the letters i think
