Hey there!
I assume you're the owner and want to claim spawn as safezone. Try using commands /f admin and then /f claim o safezone
and if you have FactionsUUID then use /f bypass and /f claim safezone ^^

I didn't use hcfactions to do the claims, since it is really not the best claiming squares. I went ahead and removed those default factions and did the claiming with worldedit. Same messages for entry and exit.
