You've mentioned having a white IP and open ports (DMZ). This means port forwarding is likely already configured for the GMod server port (default: 27015). Ensure your server name and details are set correctly in the server configuration files (server.cfg). There's no guarantee your server will automatically appear in the in-game server list.
