Hub Server with Custom Gamemodes (4 servers)

I'm selling a bungeecord network server. There are 4 servers combined, a hub, survival, skyprison and a server for bungeecord. They all have custom built spawns made by myself that are pretty decent (I'm humble lol).

The server is currently running and is still online. The server was made for me and my mates to muck around on but we got bored so eventually, I made it public and got a small player base. However, we're done with the server but I've put in a lot of hours to get it all to work properly with intact bungeecord connections, vote systems and permissions with multiple ranks, not to mention all the builds I made.

The server currently has about a fortnight until the next payment to keep it hosted which I doubt I'll renew.

I'm not looking for that high of a price and am extremely negotiable. With that said that doesn't mean the server is garbage. It is a quality server that could easily achieve a good player base if advertised correctly and a change of location. It is currently an Australian located server so we only ever received Australian players and there aren't too many of us xD

- An exclusive custom gamemode already setup ( it's a mix of skyblock and prison with permissions that unlock stages and quests as players progress)
- An in-depth permission system setup with PermissionsEX that has a default rank, 5 purchasable ranks, 2 staff ranks and an owner rank. All perms are setup with individual world permissions too.
- A buycraft website
- Approx 30-40 plugins already installed on each server.

Well, as you appear to be the only person interested and have checked out the server what would your suggested BIN price be?
I don't think I'll bother to auction/bid it off as it doesn't seem like many people would actually bid and I have no idea what to set a price as. What is your opinion of a price after checking it out?
