Great build, however, you should really lower the BIN & Starting Price. People are looking for great quality spawns for cheap, keep that in mind.

Thanks for the advice; I did think that before posting however we are targeting server owners with a bigger budget. Nevertheless, I may decrease the price - we'll see how it goes.

i believe that you guys built it, but the problem is, everybody could download the hypixel lobby for example and place their own sign next to it. It could be faked and that is why builds without proof are neglected.

Next time if you want to include proof just make some screenshots while it is in the process. Anyone with vouches could still download stuff you see. Just as heads up next time. But for now, good luck with selling.
