I am Kyle, known as Florseal. I come here today to introduce Hymythic, an upcoming community-based Medieval themed Survival server. To start with the basics, this will be like no other Survival server, and I plan to put countless hours of hard work and effort into creating one of the best Survival servers out there. The main idea is that I will be introducing a base server for Hymythic, a simple but customized Survival themed server with custom... everything! The next phase will to expand into a network over the coming months and having different style Survival game modes with all of them having a twist. And you might be asking why I am here, what am I doing? Well, I am here simply to recruit any and all open Staff position members that fit those roles.

Manager (Management)
The Manager role is a position with entitles a user permission to manage a specific portion of MineMythic, such as the Staff Team or our server Store. This position can also consist of any division manager, which can be Development or Management: e.g. Head of Staff, Lead Developer. There is also an Assistant Manager position which is a Manger role that is applied to Global Administrators training to become a server Manager. These can be noted by clicking a Manager and seeing if they have a Global Admin role as well.
Server Administrator (Management)
An Administrative position that can administrate a specific portion of the server, such as our Discord server, role management team, news team or server management team. This position can also be a server recruiter, which hires and manages the lower position of our Staff team.
Moderator (Moderation)
A Moderation team member which has the required permissions set by our server Administrators that can be used to enforce server rules and create a stronger bond between our community and server Staff. This includes situations such as rule-breakers, inappropriate behavior, harassment or other issues. The Moderator role does have access to disciplinary permissions, with more access to block inspecting which allows them to look at logs.
Trainee (Moderation)
Staff-in-Training. This position is used for new Staff team members to train and gain knowledge of MineMythic as a whole to then put that experience and knowledge into a future position. All though Trainees do not have any extra permissions from any other server member, they are essential in alerting high ranking roles to enact disciplinary actions and such. They have full range to access our Staff system and are always there to help you with requests or just chat with.
Qualifications and Requirements
These qualifications are only set for the Trainee position. If you are accepted, there is a chance you will not have to be a Trainee to start if enough background experience. This also applies to the Management roles, you must contact me directly for inquires.
Be flexible, be able to actually enjoy our server and interact with our community. My top priority is to create a project where our community and member base is actually enjoying the gameplay.
Have time to spare, you must be able to log into the server for 2 hours every 2 days. If you want to play for 2 hours one day and gone the next, that's fine! Playtime will be checked bi-weekly.
Be chill! Hymythic is an upcoming community, which means there will be a lot of 'hype' surrounding our project in the coming weeks. Having the ability to calm Discord and members down is a priority.
(Optional) Have expirence, having experience and a Managementrial background will help you immensely in joining our team. If you don't, we will not discriminate.

As a new Staff Member, you will be monitored by your exemplary techniques of moderation, chat/game-rules enforcement, and customer support. You will undergo a minimum of 1 month as a Trainee before being considered for any promotion.
Qualifications range. We ask that you must: be 16 years of age, have access to Discord and be honest when applying. Please note that previous Staff experience is not required, but highly recommended for a higher acceptance rate.
