TOS:

You are not allowed to be a staff manager in 2 servers, only 1 then join my team.

You are to show me that you have couches and rep to cover your management.

You are to have 2+ years in management.

If you have more then 5 neg rep I won’t hire you.

If you are to grief my Discord server or kick everyone, I will file a scam report about your case.

You are to listen of what you are told by me for you to do.

You need to have managed 5+ servers and have a resume.

I can agree, it is a bit cheap but a months time is $80. Which is a decent amount.
