Dinkay does not have MCM, please contact him via discord.
He has also made a response video about the whole situation.
Here is his response video for those wondering:

I didn't watch his whole video but my document has all our chat logs which should show the actual conversations if you want to know the real story without any alteration from either party.

I will update the document with our recent conversation soon.

I would just like to point out,
Dinkay is trying to pay her back and she will be payed back soon enough.
Dinkay is not a scammer, he does not intend to scam people, he has a reputation to keep.
Please take this into consideration.
Thanks[DOUBLEPOST=1513343871][/DOUBLEPOST]
I had sent him the link as he was had suddenly started receiving hate. He could not view it though as he does not have an account
I need to hear this directly from him, and I want to see action (a refund) and not just words.

What a piece of shit. You should open a dispute (ill help on that). Even though it's f n f there's a chance.
Actually if u get bank involved and prove ur over 18 with 4 legal documents they will refund money even if it is F&F the problem is they can hold ur money for 180 days but it usually takes around 1 month

He is reuploading the trailers which you had requested him to upload. And I will ask him to write a statement regarding this incident
After constantly trying to contact him, losing one possible customer from it, and not receiving a proper reply when I needed my trailer up I decided to no longer use the alternative method (trailer reuploads) to get my money back.

Try contacting your bank again and let them know that a fraudulent transaction has been placed. You placed with the intention of receiving a virtual item ( trailer ) which was never received and that you can show them evidence. How i won a 900$ F&F dispute for a instagram. Had to fill out reports though.

Don’t use scammed, used fraudulent and they should send you over to a specialist.

I doubt my dad will allow me to do it again, but thanks and I'll try to convince him.

Here's a general rule of thumb, never pay through friends and family on PayPal.

If he wanted you to pay through F&F so that the he didn't have to cover the fees, you could have just paid a bit extra with G&S so that the fees would have been covered by you.

In essence, all you did when paying with F&F was give him the opportunity to scam you, since you had to pay fees for that anyway as well.

So in the future, whenever the seller does not want to pay fees for something, and you are okay with paying them, use this website; http://thefeecalculator.com/

It will tell you how much to send to cover the PayPal Fee ($0.30 + 2.9%), so that the recipient gets the full amount of money promised.

Good luck with that dispute though, assuming PayPal will even listen to you about the F&F transaction. And if you do succeed in getting that money back, please let me know how, as I have a few F&F transactions from the past that I've been scammed for, that I wouldn't mind getting my money back for. Lol

That's what I usually do but I was really sleepy when the deal happened, and for some reason I forgot about that. I'll for sure tell you if I find a way.
