I Have a $10,000 Budget and need THE BEST DEVELOPER for my server

I'm owner of Detrix Network, an Upcoming Minecraft Network that will Include
Factions Sky block Prison and much more.

I'm 21 years old and have a business outside of the online world that allows me to fund this. I have owned servers in the past as well but didn't have the funding I have now. I own a retail business in Florida and I'm taking profits from that to fund the server. I can also verify that I have over 10k ready to go into the server. I also have Vouches from the Build team and The GFX/animation team that already paid them.

In the past few month we have worked with many developers and none of them were professional. They all quit after doing a couple plugins and never reached back to me or the other owners. I'm done going through Service teams who take forever to answer and can never fine me a Freelancer who was actually reliable.
That's why I'm making this post.

We only work on one project at a time and currently need Custom coded plugins for our factions server, Ie Custom Enchants or any other Big project. We will discuss an agreed price and i will pay half up front to make sure the plugin is getting worked on and when its done you just let me know, ill pay full price and you send me the plugin.

1: Have you ever made a server before? You don't just invest 10,000 unless you know what you are doing.
2: How old are you? Your improper capitalization just seems to show that you are young.

Based on these factors, I believe that this is a scam, and he is trying to get free development.

Also if you try and say you're not this twitter user its a clear lie because the youtube with the same name, profile and banner has a public email linked ending in 456 indicating that this random person on the internet uses the same naming scheme as you for whatever reason.

How are you sure? ~20% companies fail to run for over a year, ~75% for over 15 years. There's always chance that you will fail, and the percentages will probably get much higher when we are talking about Minecraft servers as business/investments.
You are on MC-Market, without any reputation, no ranks, 2 threads, your have capitalized letters in places they shouldn't be in and you are here trying to hire the best developer for 10,000$. Not happening mate.
