I need a long term developer for my new server.

I am looking for someone that could help me with my new server, and add new stuff for free in the beginning because I don't want to invest to much money until it is up and ruining and then I could start paying you. You could even get a large cut of the revenue from the store money when the server grows enough to make money. Also on top of being my developer I would also have you as a co owner and you could have a big part in big decisions. So think about it as us owning a server together and not you working for me. The sad truth with modern Minecraft is that if you want your server to be successful you need to put a lot of money into it. Unless you're a youtuber with a large fanbase you have a low chance of getting players - think; you need to buy advertising, branding, hosting, hiring staff and sometimes more.

agreed, I put around 1 grand + into mine and it still isn't released

I recommend being involved in MCM and the MC server industry before attempting this. Your chances of being successful are slim to none with the information/ plan you've established. I can go into depth should you be interested.

There isn't anybody that produces quality work that will do it for free, even if you promise money in the future (that's an empty promise, you have no guarantee that it'll be fulfilled).
