so first... I am dori and i am the owner of my server BaLiCraft.
me and my Team are building the server for like 6 months.
I wanna open the server in like a month and I need a pluginer to make me a plugin.
I had a pluginer until now that quit and left us withount nothing.
So.. I need the help of one of you to make me a bending plugin.
we need the pluginer to make us a new faction plugin as well.

some more Info about you: I have configured and developed my own server, "ProcessPvP" and had running for 2 years at a 150 player base. I have done small configuring for Hypixel.
