I need a pvp map with easter eggs!

Hey, I need a builder that can build a pvp map 300x300 for me.
It needs:

• A spawn with some portals
• Easter Eggs
• Jump and Runs
• Places for people to communicate with voice chat
• This all on a normal landscape
• Not everything has to he full of builds, let some place for new builds etc.
