Not a thing in this request since the buyer did wanted offers in the first place. However if a buyer is looking for strictly recommendations then a company's owner/rep recommending their own company would be a biased based recommendation for obvious reasoning. This is why an active happy customer will easily outrun even a "highly skilled" sales person.
