I NEED HELP WITH DELUXE CHAT AND DELUXE TAGS I PAY

I want to make it to where if a player has a tag with deluxe tags then it would show that but if they dont it would show their vault prefix. this is my placeholder config
layouts:
deluxetags_tag: has_value: '&8[%value%&8]'
no_value: '%vault_prefix%'

but in game it shows "%vault_prefix%" not the actual placeholder

Are you using PermissionsEx or GroupManager?

Aha! Fixed it. Thanks for the help Ryan. The problem was, in my config.yml of Group Manager, it was mirrorings 'world' with 'all_unnamed_worlds', so my ranks were in the world 'prison', so prison was being mirrored too 'world' because of 'all_unnamed_worlds'.

pfix:

and using %pfix% on your formats.
