Hello!

I am looking for someone who can code me this plugin. (If there already is one on spigot and you know about it please tell me and I'll just buy that.)

What does it do?
- I want this plugin to create random gear like on cosmic, treasurewars, etc. You know how you do envoys and you get random gear with random names and enchants, I want a plugin like that. You use a command ( /randomgear give <player> <tier> <Type> Type is Helmet, Boots, Sword, Ect.) And it will put a randomly generated name that has a tier color. For example, on cosmic they got elite tier. So the gear will have prot 3, with 3-2 random enchants on it.) Depending on the tier it will put random lores (custom enchants) and random vanilla enchants on the gear.
