Hi there everyone! I have recently started a server and I'm looking for someone who can rent me a minecraftservers.org server list slot for 1-2 hours. My budget is $21-$26 per hour for a slot on a weekday (depending what number the slot is) and $24-$30 on a weekend (depending on what number the slot is.)

You should reword your title, it sounds like you're offering that you are "renting [out] .org slots".
