How many hour(s) can you dedicate to the server a day? (Are there any other activities that may interfere?): I can spend three to four hours on the server each day. The only thing that can interfere with my playing time would be sports.
What is your timezone?: Eastern Time.
Why do you want to become apart of the IlluminatedMC Staff Team?: I would like to be apart of your staff team as I would gain experience and I can help the server in many ways. I would learn the appropriate times to mute and kick, and be able to follow the server rules. Also, I can configure plugins very well so if you or any other staff is stuffing in a plugin, I'm your guy.
Do you have any specific Minecraft or IRL abilities/skills?: I can configure plugins the way you want, manage any playerbase and forum. Furthermore, I am very good at hockey and was the top two boys runner for Cross Country.
Why should we pick you?: You should pick me because I stand out from the rest of the pack. I have so much experience, and unlike most staff members, can get along with all players. As stated above, I can also configure plugins you need help with configuring servers in general. Moreover, I welcome back all returning players and welcome all new players.
Do you have any past experiences as being a staff member? (Please list them all): I have many experiences with being staff and just managing in general. First off, I made my own server called OlympusMC. I got to manage the community, accept and reject staff applications as well as promoting and demoting staff, ban hackers using screen sharing, I can go on and on. I have also managed my friends server. I muted trash talkers and kicked players I thought were hacking (I was a helper only and didn't have the permission to ban). Lastly, I am currently a moderator on a factions server called DreadNoughtMC. On that server, I get to ban hackers and have all helped permissions (mute, kick, etc).
Do you have a Skype account as well as a fully functional microphone?: I do have a Skype account and a fully functional microphone. My Skype is rgaming20
If a friend was breaking the server rules, what would you do in perspective of a staff member?: Just because the player is my friend, I would not show any bias and treat them the same as everybody else. If they were trashtalking, I'd give them the same punishment (mute). If they were both advertising, I would permenantly ban them both (unless the rule is different).

, but you should pick me because I enjoy moderating and watching over players. I like to keep the server moderated to make a awesome atmosphere for the players to enjoy themselves! I understand the server is small and I completely understand, small servers are nice because mostly all the players know and talk to each other.

(Please list them all): Yes I have owned 2 servers which have ultimately failed due to a lack of preparation and financial problems, I have co-owned a server, I have been a staff manager, I have been a Head-Admin, Moderator, and Helper you name it. I had also been a developer for a short which allowed me to become faimiliar with perms and plugin configuration and other things! (Currently I am helper on a very small server named Thugcraft.)
