Why do you want to become apart of the IlluminatedMC Staff Team?: Why illuminated? Well ill be honest, this ones a tough one as I don't really know the server or the people behind it. I just want to be a part of something strong, and something that works and does well, I don't want to be a player there, I want to have meaning and purpose, when the server blows up I want to be able to say 'yeah, I'm a part of that' and I guess I see that happening whilst I'm at illuminated, I guess if you just give me a chance, I can show you what I can do.
Do you have any specific Minecraft or IRL abilities/skills?: Building and management skills Inside of Minecraft. Management skills outside, as I am a desk admin/manager of a company IRL.
Why should we pick you?: So, Now onto the hardest part, Here is where I try and make you pick me out of everyone, well there's quite a bit, I'm not going to go with the 'I can ban hackers' 'I can catch xrayers and mute spammers' I feel personally that's expected anyway, so why add it to my staff app, I will say my dedication and hard work are my strong points, my ability to get the job done no matter the stress or hard work I have to put in. My long hours, if something needs doing and feel tired, I'm not just going to leave it and go to bed, ill stay up through the night to get whatever needs fixing done, My Personality is a big thing, I can get one with nearly anyone, if someone came in ts with a problem, no matter who they are, or how toxic they are, I can get over it and not judge people upon first impressions, I feel people can change and I've learned if people know you're respectful and nice they tend to be the same back.

If a friend was breaking the server rules, what would you do in perspective of a staff member?: The same rules apply for friends and not friends, if they were my friend they'd understand why id have to ban them, as if not I would be demoted.

Why do you want to become apart of the IlluminatedMC Staff Team?: I would like to become apart of the IlluminatedMC staff to help improve the community and let the players enjoy a hack free server.
Do you have any specific Minecraft or IRL abilities/skills?: I am great at setting up and configuring networks very quickly. I am wanting to become a financial manager when I go to college next year.
Why should we pick you?: You should pick me because I am dedicated. I love helping new players and I am loyal to the owners of the server. I get my work done on time while still being the best quality that I can produce. I am very friendly, I can talk to players very easily and let them have fun on the server.

I have had to ban my own friends on the previous community that I was with when I was Head of Staff and I do not hesitate to do the right choice.

Why do you want to become apart of the IlluminatedMC Staff Team?:
Because I would like to help people when there is no one to help them in such a new, and fresh server. So I can teach the new plays how to have a great time, and why they should stay! Also, to provide player's someone to talk and PvP with!
Do you have any specific Minecraft or IRL abilities/skills?: In Minecraft, I can build some what good, IRL I can Edit Videos, do GFX, and manage Channels ect. Not much but, its what I got and what I am!
Why should we pick you?: Because my skill, and understanding of how servers work, and my abillity to learn to help teach. I am kind to new players and old, new staff, and old. I am kind to all whom I can be!

Would not recommend this guy,
I've worked with him before (at lemoncloud as posted by the fake lemon) and his immaturity honestly surprises me that anyone can be that immature. He makes numerous innaporpriate jokes and when given even a tiny bit of hate often cracks and well has a rage fit. Some of his amazing funny and creative jokes include topics such as; slavery, racism, other staff members family and even a few about the owner. As of yet aedan has shown nothing that would even slightly indicate he has gained any maturity at all. He has been staff on more servers then I can count and in his year at lemoncloud left atleast 15 times (mainly because his staff applications got some criticism). He just likes power that pretty much all I have to say. He applies on most servers within a week of joining them and when denied just leaves. Now onto my final point, if you do choose to let him be staff on your server he definitely won't stick around long. He will abuse and abuse then once he's banned everyone and force tped to everyone's bases and raided them he'll probably quit. My best bet would be he will stay staff for a month or two max before he moves on to try and get a better rank.
Ps. He also lacks dedication and copy pastes the same staff application on every server he applies on with minor edit (most info in a majority of his applications is fake).
