Why do you want to become apart of the IlluminatedMC Staff Team?: I would like to become part of your staff team because I would love to help out your server, And would love the opportunity for a new break as a staff on a new server. It would also be wonderful to expand my list of servers I have been staff on for more major opportunity like this.
Do you have any specific Minecraft or IRL abilities/skills?: I can build modren and IRL I can play music
Why should we pick you?: You should pick me because I bring something different to the server. I earn special trust with the players and get to know them 1 by 1. It is amazing to get to know them and see how the love to play daily. I make sure that the hackers a delt with straight away no matter what type of player it is
Do you have any past experiences as being a staff member? (Please list them all): I have been staff on one server call Berylum Survival. I worked my way from trainee all the way up to Admin where I chose to resign.
Do you have a Skype account as well as a fully functional microphone?: I do have skype but I am working on getting a microphone as my previous one broke it should be a week or two before I get a new one
If a friend was breaking the server rules, what would you do in perspective of a staff member?: I would let them know that since I am their friend and also a staff member I do have to follow threw with the procedures of banning a hacker/rule breaker.

Why should we pick you?: I think you should pick me because I am a very trust worthy person and I think I would be able to bring more to IlluminatedMC. I am able to help out other staff members and easily catch hackers. I can sort out arguments that occur and can help out new arrivals. Also I enjoy moderating and making the game fun for other people to play without any hackers. I have much experience in moderating. I am also very professional Ingame and also when I'm talking.

(Please list them all): Yes I have much experience as staff, Including being Representitive (Higher than admin) I made my way up over 2 years. I have been moderator on 2 other servers aswell but 1 has shut down and I can't remember the name of the other one.

If a friend was breaking the server rules, what would you do in perspective of a staff member?: If I saw a friend breaking the rules, I would treat them as a usual person that was breaking the rules. I would go through exactly the same procedure. Even though they might be my friend, They have broken the rules of the server and deserve the right punishment.

IRL skills I am a photographer and I take videos / pictures in the ocean. Also, I edit videos so I could edit minecraft videos if you guys needed.

I have recently left a server I have been part of for four years because the management team let the server become a not so fun place for me to play, so I am looking for a new place to start over again. I would wish to be a part of the server so that I can help it grow and maintain a wonderful place for new players, just like I experienced at my old server.

My experience in website forum management is more than two years in the making, I have worked on many softwares, such as SMF, phpBB, MyBB, Xenforo, etc. Other skills are community management and relations, meaning I know how to handle most any type of situation quickly and easily.
