I'm a dev, and server owner looking for an active server with community to team up with.

I'm Huismus, a Dutch developer with skills in developing for Minecraft and Discord.
I've been working on my own server called OresOfFortune.com, creating my own plugins, database and resource pack and I have some ideas on how I want to proceed with this.
I'm looking for a server owner, who has an active playerbase, that would like to team up. Preferrably you are around the same age as I am. Please read the full text, so we're on the same page.

A bit about me:

I'm 29 years old, started learning development a few years ago. Have been playing Minecraft for more than half my life, setting up servers on and off again.
I'm doing pretty well on the development front, and have knowledge in the backend for serverhosting as well. I'm interested in joining a server with an established staffteam and community, that's looking to elevate their gameplay.

My vision:
Ores of Fortune is a server I've been working on and off on. It has its own currency system, with six different gems that online players accrue by doing certain tasks. These gems allow for powering up your gameplay, like mining in a 3x3 area, auto-smelting ores, logs and meat, allowing for teleportation around the server (to spawn, your deathpoint or your home) and giving players access to short amounts of creative flight.
I want to keep adding new things you can do with these gems.

I'm looking for a likeminded person that would also just mainly enjoy the game, and have the community on the first place.

Eula compliant:
I think it's important to create a server that's completely compliant with Microsoft's Eula. Meaning, no p2w, preferrably no lootcrates at all, and selling purely cosmetics and server-wide events. I'd like to earn a few dollars with the server, but monetization should not be the main focus. Community should be.
I would also like to suggest donating a percentage to a good cause. These are things I'd like to discuss.

What I bring to the table:
I'm using Minecraft to develop my skills that I use in real life as a developer. I'm not against using my own money to fund the server. I have the ability to create some pretty in-depth plugins, but am open to work alongside other devs. While I do have an active social life (No, really), and a busy job, I enjoy my time spent on Minecraft and will make time free to work on the server.

What you bring to the table:
I'm looking for someone like-minded. Around my age (20-40) who has a lot of fun managing a Minecraft server. You're not focussing on monetization, but community. You have a keen eye for finding good staffmembers and know how to build and advertise a community. Maybe you even have your own setup already with an active playerbase and plugins setup. You're looking to bring your server to the next level, with custom experiences and storytelling.
