Looking for best knockback settings/values for PvP based server (maybe similar to minemen)

Hey, this will all be dependent on your spigot and/or plugin that you use to set a custom knockback. Unless someone tells you which knockback works for which spigot/plugin, it won't be of any help.
Alternatively, you may reach out to some practice warriors :p, and ask them to help you out with testing. Good luck either way.
