I know in the UK eggs are left out before eaten. In Boston you are supposed to refrigerate your eggs before cooking and eating them.

That's a cultural thing in most of the United States. Some people do and some don't. Just preferential.

There's a reason Massachusetts drivers are called 'Massholes,' they're awful drivers. I've been told it's because of the type of insurance that's distributed in Massachusetts where it's a no fault something-rather.
Boston as a city is very nice, there are some homeless people so just beware of that. I've been there on probably 6 or 7 school trips and have never had any issues with anyone harassing me while I was alone/with one or two friends so you should be fine.

Thing is, I you think it will be annoying, I'm not going to any public schools but ik im going to a middle-class private school for a few years. I have a hard-core accent to where some americans cant even understand me which also sucks sadly.

you will get through it plus you might even adapt to the american accent. i came to the US a couple years ago as an Arabic boy that couldn't speak English and i some how speak English despite my stupidity.
