In desperate need cosmetic plugin

I'm in desperate need of a plugin that attaches cosmetic wings to the players helmet. Please leave ur discord below and I will add you. Dev's i have worked with have used /hat to put the helmet on but I don't want that I want it to be equipped like a normal helmet. I also don't want players off hand occupied as they should have to hold totems in their hand as well. I have reference videos once I add you for this project. My other dev tried to do this but the wings were not attached to the player and kinda floating behind. so if you turned left or right you could see the wings or if you looked down you could see them ( I don't want this)
I really need this done.

Why not just use a plugin already out there? Such as HMCCosmetics or CosmeticCore?

Do these plugins give the same functionality as a netherite helmet would? The functionality I'm looking for is not a wardrobe type, more like a cosmetic pvp style like seasonal armor. Where they can still have custom enchant's, vanilla enchants applied to them while having the same protection as a helmet.

It allows users to equip cosmetics and then they can also equip netherite armor or whatever armor on top of it. If you want it fully how vanilla does it, it sounds like you want custom textures/models for armor.
