Basically, the point is that you want free work. Beggars can't be choosers.

You're not going to walk into your local Walmart and be like 'Oh I really like this shirt. I need it. You're giving it to me for free, thanks.' Red made you a quick little drawing out of the kindness of his heart and you're honestly being rude to him. If you didn't want it then you could have said, "Oh, thank you for taking the time to do this, but I was hoping for one that looked like my skin. But this will still suffice until I can get one!' or something along those lines. Just because you're on the internet doesn't mean that all common courtesy flies out the window.

I know. But I am the one who is the boss of how it should look like. Just because I am the 'beggar' doesn't mean I can't choose how I want the art to look like.

Well, a simple pfp with text is so boring and low quality. I don't have any money. I am not going to pay $15+ for a pfp, no no no.

I didn't talk about your pfp, I was talking in general about pfp's with just text. Give me one reason to use the pfp that guy was making for me when it wasn't MY skin.
