[In Progress] Texture Pack Creator and Artist

Hello MCM!

I am looking for someone who can create a optional texture/resource pack for me and my server.

It would be preferred if said person can also do a few 3d models.

What I'm Looking for in the Texture Pack:
- Unicode Changes (Replacing Unicode with an Image for tab and etc)
- Must be optional for players and not make any big changes to the server
- Change "Ping Bar" next to each name on tab to yellow [(If possible) https://prnt.sc/xq6xec ]
- Edit the "Escape" Menu: https://prnt.sc/xq6ylf (Change and color the text in the boxes)

This is my first time messing with a texture pack on a server, so I apologize for any "noobish" questions.

This shouldn't be a very big texture pack, so my budget is open, but around 10-25USD
