We also do custom requests and negotiating about these prices although all builds will require a down payment as insurance. You can also Hire us permanently which we can negotiate about pricing and such.

I assume your "terrain" tab is done with voxelsniper, and your RPG maps are done with Worldpainter? nothing else could account for the way those prices work.
