Inquiring About Victorian-Steampunk Cathedral/Hall Price

Hi all,

I'm in need of a Victorian-Steampunk Cathedral or Town Hall for a survival server spawn. I want it to be roughly 150 x 150 blocks(may be smaller or larger depending, probably not a square either) and must contain a few certain features. It must have:

• A clock tower
• Another tower(off centre if possible)
• Be somewhat grand in its standing
• Have two main entrances/exits
• Stick to the genre

I'd like it asymmetrical, with a somewhat industrial-like feel to it. I know this is a lot to ask, however, I need it exactly as described. What kind of price am I looking at for all this? Anyone interested can contact me on my Skype VarluceReborn.
