90% to 95%. If there is no sale representative, the freelancer may choose from 90% to 95%. the rest goes to management to purchase advertisements or new features for Inspire.
I'm not paying 2.5%. As I said from the post before, freelancers will receive 90% and sale representatives will receive 7.5% so that leaves management 2.5%. If there is no sale representatives, freelancers will receive 95% and management will receive 5%. I will also be investing some of my money into it. I am trying to hire freelancers and sale representatives right now. I will have to decrease the amount freelancers get to 90% if we are trying to pay to create a website or other features. Right now we are looking to grow.
Payments only via G&S that seems awful sketchy to me.

ur percentages are messed up i suggest not getting any sales reps and make an automatic bot system and if any issue occurs get managers from different timezones to deal with them.
people would be fucking pissy if some rando sales reps came to their thread asking to join their server instead make a name for yourself using advertisements and getting an affiliate system plus a good reputation just get the client to be satisfied
and pls change ur thread design and get a website.

sales reps are useless if they don't bring commissions receiving 7.5% cut off a commission just for talking to a client is overpaying
all what they have to do is : Hello! how can i help you today? alright i will alert our freelancers regarding this and once someone is interested they will continue discussing the details with you!

The only sketch thing is sending it through F&F. They’re not your family and they’re not your friend.
They pay you for a service.
However, service teams are shit in my experience

If there's an intermediary (sales rep), it's 90-95% + 7.5% + 5%. That in itself equals 102.5% - 107.5%. Elaborate as to where the rest of that is coming from. Without it, the freelancer can choose from 90-95% + 5-10% (remainder). That makes sense, the former, however, does not.
Also, why do you repeat your sales thread? Why are there misspellings and grammatical errors in a "professional" thread? Not bashing, but curious.
