Right now, there are thousands of people providing the EXACT same service, the only difference is pricing. If you can come into the market with competitive pricing and you know what you're doing...I reckon you could do well.

There's so many people starting hosting businesses, but they simply don't know what they are doing. If you can create a good hosting company at good prices and can market it correctly, then yes, it is absolutely worth it. The market is fairly saturated, but it is saturated by people that don't know what they are doing and that put minimal effort. So if you really tried, and put time money and effort in, yes, it is definitely worth it.

Have a look into the "Hosting" Forum of mc-market. Trust me, once you enter this section your question will be answered.
There is too much competition and its honestly not worth it unless you can provide something that others don't.

While our dedicated line is sold out cause increased sales in corona, we are looking to expand into the Storage hosting area. We have seen an increase in inquiries for storage hosting, so that is at least valuable enough for us to test the waters. So maybe look into specific markets in hosting and see what might be able to be used to grow.

Too competitive in my opinion. Even if you're super unique, you probably won't be noticed enough to make huge profits. And even if you begin to make huge profits, a larger hosting company can overtake you. Not worth the risk and time imo.

It depends. If you are willing to invest LOTS then yes. Hire good devs and custom scripts. We see a rise in video game servers to due the virus. It’s up to you.
