The simple addictive chemical in vapes is the Nicotine correct? Well in cigarettes the combination of acetaldehyde and nicotine appears to be more addictive than nicotine alone. so just vaping won't fully quench the hunger and feeling of a cigarette. My friend actually started smoking cigarettes recently because of vaping so it's a double edged sword. There are seperate alternatives to vaping like Nicotine gum, chews, toothpicks, dip pouches (Tobacco free) and other items out there that would limit the current risk of "popcorn lungs".I am 27 years old and a chain smoker. I have been thinking of quitting smoking completely for a while now but I haven't been able to. I am thinking of trying dry herb vaping instead of smoking. I have already purchase a SkyBlue Vape pen. Can someone please tell me is it worth doing?
