Item Magnet that Hooks into Grief Protection

Hello, I am looking for a plugin that acts as an item/XP magnet that will pull all items in a 6 block radius towards the player. I would like to limit its use in claims that players are not trusted. I am willing to pay for a fully functioning plugin.

Platform: Bukkit/Spigot 1.18 (purpur fork)

Features:

• Picks up Items to 6 blocks and XP from up to 16 away when held in the off-hand. Having these values as a variable in the config would be nice.

• Ideally, it would take damage over time, or have some sort of limit on it to cause the need to get more than one.
• Craftable with a very difficult recipe something like 2 Beacons, 2 Diamond Blocks, 5 Gold Blocks.
• Hooks into Grief Prevention Plugin API to prevent the use of the item in claims that you do not own. Preferably even partially in the claim, for example, if a player is standing on the outer border of a claim the magnet should not pick up items from the claim, if it needs to be disabled altogether while touching a claim that is fine as well.
• Item Material, Name, and Lore, Glow should be editable in the config.
